We have an opportunity with one of the fast growing eCommerce giant for Product Manager, Sr. Product Manager and Director positions.

Job Description:

Product Managers at our organisation move the needle. In an 'average' day, they might be immersed in UI designs, QAing new features, specing out ideas and analyzing data for improving Our internal and external products. We expect are Product Managers to be data obsessed and creative geniuses. They work at a lightening speed and cut through all noise to hit their targets.

We are looking to hire professionals at all levels for our Product Management Program. Every day, they will be challenged to think creatively about how to make a key part of our customers- lives. As a PM, you'll work with an incredible team of engineers, have the opportunity to listen to speakers, and of course, build beautiful-but-simple features used by tens of millions of users.

Responsibilities: Product Manager

- Mentor / Lead the Product Team

- Internalize and deeply understand Our mission and strategies, as well as the mission and objectives of your specific team

- Drive cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals

- Lead market, user research; develop strategy, product road map and design of entirely new products and product features to deliver against team and company goals.

- Challenging all members of cross-functional team (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans.

- Drive definition of and execution against product go-to-market plan, including phasing and marketing.

- Clearly communicate product plans, product enhancements and new product launch benefits, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, from start to finish thinking through each detail and delivering solid results, collaborating with all stakeholders

Responsibilities: Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities: Director

- Work closely with the management team and business heads to understand business goals and translate them into product road map

- Proactively identify opportunities and make actionable recommendations to drive market leadership.

- Responsible for end to end product definition, work closely with engineering team to ensure timely delivery and communication regarding deliveries with all stakeholders.

- Measure impact of all deliveries and back it up with appropriate data. Constantly iterating on product offerings based on feedback & data.

- Lead and mentor Product Managers. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise product managers, project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

- Define product vision and detail out scope and phases for iteratively shipping minimalist but high impact product subset, which supports customer needs and business goals

- Run and improvise the product development process working closely with all stakeholders to accelerate pace and quality of execution.

- Validate product direction interacting with customers and internal stakeholders in addition to analyzing market and product trends and competitive landscape.

- Prioritize product features, author or review MRDs (Market requirements document) and PRDs.

- Engage closely with engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedule.

- Proactively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. Identify, mitigate, communicate, escalate and manage risks early

- It's important for you to be able to understand and talk technology, so most PMs have been developers in their past lives. Grown from a technology background is an added plus

- You are expected to be extremely focused on metrics, analytic's and data driven.
