About the organization:   Our client operates as an online digital photography company in India. It offers prints, calendars, and photobooks. The company also provides Pro Designer, which provides desktop software for designing and ordering.  JD  Key Responsibilities :  In this role candidate will be expected to take on the following responsibilities :  - Being the voice of our customers and partners within the company  - Analysing product key metrics and make data-informed product decisions  - Benchmarking competitors and industry trends  - Working with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Sales) to identify opportunities  - Developing and prioritizing the product roadmap and product strategy  - Defining product feature and design requirements  - Coordinating with different internal teams and ensuring timely launch of new products  - Work with Sales/ marketing on defining go-to market strategy for products  - To introduce New Products to market and work closely with sales team in monitoring the sales of product post launch.  Requirements :  - Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing products  - Passionate about building physical products  - Strong analytical and communication skills  - Ability to multi-task and work within cross functional teams  - Well versed with the NPI process with a track record of successful launches.  - Open to travel to different sales offices as and when required
