Description : Lead Marketing for a large business unit for a renowned healthcare organisation

Client Details :

A US based MNC that is one of the world's largest medical device and tehcnology organisations, the company has a portfolio that caters to several therapy areas and is market leader in those segments. With an already massive presence in India, the organisation is looking to ramp up it's commercial operations in the country.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for :

- Contribute to the development of marketing plans, ensure effective implementation of marketing plans for own products in country in line with the overall franchise goals and marketing strategy

- Track brand/ market performance of product, analyze issues and action plan development within defined AOP and assist in the development of the franchise budget

- Conduct analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, technology and infrastructure, therapy adoption etc. relevant to own products in-country in order to analyze impact of market conditions

- Guide local franchise operations teams, report back to the regional team & highlight possible modifications to the regional/ franchise marketing plan

- Execute product plans for own country and franchise in line with overall objectives; execute new product launches as required in coordination with cross functional teams; plan and monitor inventories in line with sales requirements

- Establish relationships with KOLs in the field

- Identify key Physician champions for franchise

- Develop support structure and relationship with sales representatives and sales management; responsible for developing and maintaining regional key opinion registers; assist in coordinating Physician symposiums and participates in main customer events

- Understand and align own activities to portfolio sales and marketing objectives, map development needs & periodically conduct training for the sales teams

Profile :

- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School with a minimum of four years experience in sales/marketing in the healthcare industry (Candidates coming from a medical device/equipment background will be preferred)

- Strong experience in conducting end to end marketing and owning the product portfolio

- Proven track record of launching products, and focusing on both downstream and upstream marketing
