Product Manager/Senior Product Manager - Lending Business - IIT/IIM/BITS

We are hiring for product Manager with one of our client, who are mainly in lending business that provides unsecured loans to small retailers in all major Indian Cities, We provide small business loans based on Credit/Debit Card Sales or Online Sales.

Location - Bangalore/Mumbai

Responsibilities

- You would be responsible for innovation and contribute to the bottomline of the company by launching new products which would involve, market research, identifying the opportunity, evaluating the business case, working with internal stakeholders and launch a new product to add to company profitability.

- You should have experience working on credit card, banking, insurance or other fintech products and have a thorough understanding of that market.

- If you believe technology is at the heart of solving large problems, obsess over customer experience and who can create a long term product vision in line with the business goals, we would love to work with you.

- You would define the product roadmap, maintaining deep understanding of policy landscape and competitive offerings and how they impact customer's choices and preferences, and how they should influence the product.

- And finally, you should obsess over data to define the product's success and guide future roadmap.

Qualifications

- 3-6 years of product management experience in a leading finance technology company with exposure to both B2B and consumer products.

- Experience building and mentoring sales, operations, marketing, product and engineering teams.

- Passion for internet or web-based technology products and services.

- Ability to drive the execution of the product after defining a robust and visionary roadmap.

- Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver.

- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen.

- An Engineering degree followed by an MBA from one of the top institutes.
