The company focuses on meeting the financial needs of small businesses that are selling goods and services to consumers. repaid by future card receivables, e-commerce sales and other non-cash payments.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

- Knowledgeable across multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance, legal or marketing.

- Engage with sales, operations team closely to build a business case, product scope, requirements, launch plan and training schedule.

- Own end to end product launch for the company

- Launch products, own P&L / metrics.

- Work with business teams to build business models, understand the requirements of the business and create launch plans.

Qualifications and Experience

- 2-7 years of experience with at least 2 years in product management.

- B. Tech. required. MBA is preferred.

- Ability to empathize with the customer, craft a user story and define short term and long term solutions.

- Ability to gather and analyze large quantities of information, and turn them into insightful business recommendations and a compelling product vision.

- Leveraged user test (even A/B test) to improve key conversion points in product flows.

- Knack for what tech / operational flows will jive with users.

- Identify industry benchmarks for excellence in product flows.

- End-to-end Product Management experience of software/web technologies.

- Ability to lead large consensus driving meetings successfully.

- Mentor other team members.

- Ability to build and manage a cross functional team across functions.

- Identify trends in the industry, develop knack for next stage of industry evolution

- Ability to see the big picture, and identify how one's work gels into the company's fabric.
