Product Manager/Senior Product Manager/Director - Online/eCommerce - IIM/IIT/ISB

- Strong academic background coupled with either deep business or technical background (IIT, IIMs, ISB)

- Good track record in designing and shipping software products over multiple product life-cycles.

- Design and develop web, mobile and app products for the company based on strategic priorities, industry experience, customer feedback, and analytics

- Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive Product roadmap.

- Have business and tech savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends

Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Must Have Skills :

- Minimum 2+ years of technology experience for Product Manager, 6 years for Sr. Manager and 8 Years for Associate Director.

- Minimum 2-years of strong consumer internet related Product development background or hands-on product management experience. Understanding & having gone through the pain of what it takes to build a great product.

Big Pluses if you :

- Have worked in a start-up

- Have experience working on real products that have shipped

- Are self-motivated and can get things done.
