Product Manager - Retail Products  Company : Bank  Job Title : Product Manager - Retail Products  Department : International Retail  Reporting To : Senior Product Manager - Retail Banking  Location : Mumbai  Job Purpose : Responsible for Managing Retail Products   Area of Responsibility :   Product Management :  - Design, enhance and manage retail products to support the Bank's strategy along with ensuring competitive suitability of the products in the market   - Acquire new customer relationships for the products through various initiatives including multi channel marketing  - To manage and optimise expenses including marketing to drive the P&L growth   - Carry out product reviews and adequately document changes/improvements  - Design, review and enhance policies to support the business strategies  - Facilitate competitor, market and customer intelligence to management  - Manage regulatory & reputation risk by adhering to codes of conduct  - Facilitate multiple end to end integrated MIS reports for better understanding of the business  - Deliver good customer experience by ensuring continuous process improvements, adequate training and knowledge level at customer facing channels.  - Design and update marketing collaterals like emails, terms and conditions, website content, etc.  - Work with internal functional departments, business and technology for effective & smooth implementation of product/process development and improvement initiatives  - Manage external stakeholders including third party suppliers/vendors to achieve delivery of service improvement initiatives via operational SLA's and appropriate management of risks  Enhancing Customer Value :  - Enhance new and existing customer relationships through activation, upgrade and retention.  - Improve customer experience across channels through out the customer life cycle  - Run business campaigns through various channels to meet the within required budget, timescale and quality  - Build processes for effective launch of campaigns and tracking its efficacy
