Role & Requirement:

- Lead the PAN India teams responsible to Identify, assess and evaluate risk to enable the execution of laid down policy and processes specific to Retail & Agri Credits

- Collect information and review documentations/files to ensure adherence to laid policies & process

- Identify legal, regulatory risk to determine their potential impact on the business objectives

- Analyze risk scenarios to determine their impact on business objectives

- Correlate identified risk scenarios to relevant business processes

- Enable monthly scoring methodology for evaluating hind sighting observation and create road map for building system control for controlling incremental observations

Develop and implement risk responses to ensure that risk factors and events are addressed in a cost-effective manner:

- Identify and evaluate risk response options and provide management with information to enable risk response decisions

- Review risk responses with the relevant stakeholders for validation of efficiency, effectiveness and economy

- Assist in the development of risk response action plans to address risk factors

- Monitor risk and communicate information to the relevant stakeholders (Health Council, Regional Risk Committee and Group Heads) to ensure process correction

- Collect and validate data that measure key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor and communicate their status to relevant stakeholders

- Identify and report on risk, including compliance, to initiate corrective action and meet business and regulatory requirements.

- Identification of scope and implementation of automation in processes

- Facilitate the action as per Employee Accountability Matrix basis the Monthly Reviews conducted on PAN India basis

- Facilitation of Regulatory and Internal audits

- Serve as liaison to auditors regarding documentation and review of information

- Communicate audit and review results to appropriate parties; ensure that issues are addressed and corrective actions are implemented.

- Keep a tracking action list of all audit issues.

Review of Quick Mortatlity Cases including:

a) Finalize the Review Note for Asset Review Forum(ARF)

b) Employee Accountability

- Responsible for Group level SOAX and BCP testing

- Responsible for all qtrly reportings & reviews
