Product Manager - Retail/CPG Analytics (4-7 yrs)
Urgent hiring for Product - Retail/ CPG Analytics - Gurgaon & Bangalore.
JOB REQUIREMENTS - Overall Experience
- Good understanding of Retail/ CPG business (operations/ Markets/ Players)
- Well versed with Retail/CPG Data structure and terminologies (Clear understanding of product hierarchies for example)
- Experience of having worked on large databases in Retail/ CPG
- Strong exposure to Databases (SQL/ Oracle/ MySQL/ Teradata/ Big data Set up)
- Proven experience in the analytic/ programming languages SAS, SPSS, R, Revo R, Python, JAVA (one of SAS, R or Python is a must)
- Must have hands on experience of having built predictive models on multiple projects (mainly for consultants and Sr. Analysts)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to non-technical business people
- Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources
- Strong aptitude, ability, motivation and interest in placing quantitative analysis in the context of marketing and business economics
- Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities
- Strong PPT Skills (Mainly for consultants and Sr. Analysts)
- Should have Masters/ M.phil/ Ph.D in Statistics/Economics/ Applied Mathematics from top institutes (Delhi School of Economics/ Indian Statistical institute/ or IITs) OR Engg. Degree from Top Tier Engineering College (Preferably IIT) Plus a desirable MBA from Tier 2 for consultants
- Analytic modeling in SAS or KXEN, preferably with a portion in a consulting/client management role; ideal candidate would have experience with predictive modeling in a marketing database environment with large volumes of customer information and be involved in the planning and executing quantitative analytical projects.

- Eg. Accounts Payable; AR; Cost Reporting; Treasury; Contract Compliance; Audit; General accounting
- Payroll; MS Office; SAP; Oracle.
