Product Manager - Retail (4-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead all products affecting customer experience, primarily mobile and other internal channels.
- Lead market, user research; develop strategy, product roadmap and design of entirely new products and product features to deliver against team and company goals.
- Challenging all members of cross-functional teams such as Technology and Design for core product development.
- Also, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy and new product offerings.
- Being a strong advocate of customer experience, should understand the customer pain points and thus take responsibility of user acquisition, engagement and retention.
- Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance
- Build and lead the team to deliver on the products and services
- Analyse data to understand consumer behaviour and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.
- Be the internal and external evangelist for customer experience
Required Skill Sets :
- PG/ MBA from Tier1 or Tier2 institutes.
- 2+ years of successful experience in product management post MBA.
- 2+ years of software development experience preferable.
- Experience in building and managing consumer facing and scalable systems.
- Excellent knowledge of mobile product, monetization models, and technologies and tools behind them.
- Experience in launching new concepts or start-ups is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
