Position Title: Product Manager - Remittance

Business Group: Remittance (International Business Group)

Location: Chandivili, Mumbai

Key Deliverables:

- Product Management of new and strategic initiatives for ICICI"s global retail remittance channels

- Exploring, conceptualizing and building new product propositions

- Managing product launch related activities in coordination with various stakeholders including specifications, technical development, operations planning, and customer service.

- Analyzing MIS to ascertain product/channel performance and propose short-term and long-term strategies

- Understanding key business drivers and developing business plans in accordance with unit and company objectives

- Preparation of product notes and coordination with various teams like operations, compliance, legal, technology, fraud prevention, AML etc for inputs and approval Person Requirements:

Qualifications:

- MBA with min. 4 years experience in product management - preferably having international and banking experience

Competencies:

- Results driven - possesses an ability to find solutions to difficult problems quickly and effectively

- Process orientation - ability to perform within existing systems and processes, while project managing for process improvement

- Interpersonal effectiveness and ability to influence - ability to interpret data and articulate to convince others

- Multi-tasking - Ability to manage multiple complex projects at various stages of development simultaneously
