Industry: Private Wealth Management

Reports to: Product Head – PWM

Job Summary:

- Building a deep domain knowledge in the products handled (Real Estate/Alternate Investments)

- Market scanning to identify products to distribute

- Monitoring product performance and updating sales teams of the same

- Coordinate with product providers for tie-ups and launch of products

- Defining processes and coordinating with internal teams for smooth roll-out of products

- Support sales teams on product sales for client meetings

- Equipping sales teams with training and knowledge building

Key Responsibilities:

- To develop and manage interaction with Sales team to drive sales

- To meet the sales and revenue targets across specific products, while taking care of organization’s long term objectives

- Train and guide sales teams on the products launched

- Market scanning and identifying appropriate products to be launched

- Coordinate with product providers to tie up for products

- Monitor and track product performance intensively

- Managing product portfolio through active analysis and selection

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of financial products

- High level of analytical skills and an inquisitive inclination

- Ability to influence sales teams to drive sales targets

- Ability to coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals and setting up processes

- Perseverance and persistence

- Communication and presentation skills
