Acquisition:
- Drive market innovations (product, availability, visibility) that complement the network build-up and create significant competitive edge.
- Mark to Market acquisition products with a differential customer and Trade proposition
- Sensitize distribution towards site wise productivity, low utilization sites.
- Ensure higher M2 percentage by driving quality gross.
- Collaborative relationships with sales and Geography heads to drive common agenda of higher Net adds share.
- Drive acquisition on data as an effective measure to increase data penetration.
- Deploy effective acquisition tools such as Home zoning, revenue share, differential on the fly commission to scale customer additions.
- Product Usage and Revenue Voice and Small Screen Data
- Focused segmented approach to derive revenues and competitive products Strategies, different programs to reduce prepaid churn and inactive base Recharge and usage revenue
- Launch new product / initiatives / IN features to boost acquisitions and revenue
- Monitor ARPU and plan profitability of all new pre paid launches
- Optimizing cost on new product and tariff launches
- Building common brand and capitalize on multi platform opportunities
- Manage prepaid churn and CLM. Increase prepaid usage, retention by running campaigns to stimulate usage
- Analyze usage and recharge trends and accordingly create new plans and offerings
- Data mining and analyzing call patterns for all prepaid products Monitoring Usage and revenue capability of the circle
- Product communication via various mediums SMS, OBD,PCN, Cell info etc
- Smooth and streamlined deployment of new product initiatives at all customer touch points and communication elements like product brief, product training to appropriate channel
- Reducing customer churn across segments to increase intention to stay
- Alignment with changing market/ customer needs to retain the large customer base at the circle level.
- With the voice market saturating, drive strategies on data products and identify new opportunities to get an improved grip of the market.
- Enhance data growth through 2G/3G utilization, base penetration.
- Reporting to Head - Large Screen Data
