Product Manager - Personal Loan (5-12 yrs)
JOB ROLE
- Developing and managing key product segments within Personal Loans.
- Managing risk based segment level pricing and corporate pricings for the product to maintain profitability and market competitiveness.
- Designing and implementing strategies for business growth from corporate relationships with close co-ordination with the corporate salary teams.
- Working closely with the sales teams pan India for local level corporate deals, product modifications/changes and limited period offers.
- Managing business from channel partners / direct sales agents, pan India, in a cost effective way.
- Recognizing cross-sell opportunities of Personal Loans through multiple internal channels.
- Managing key process initiatives for Personal Loans.
- Conceptualization and implementation of on-ground and on-line strategies for increasing product visibility.
