Location: Mumbai

Looking for MBAs from tier 1&2 institutes with atleast 3-8 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

- Build relationships with key banking partners to source their Payments and Cash Management (PCM) business in India.

- Follow-up and closure on mandates won from these foreign banks for their businesses pertaining to India offices.

- Responsible for planning, managing and delivering product level growth i.e. throughput, revenue and costs.

- Lead and drive PCM product initiatives pertaining to cross border payments;

- Collaborate and build positive stakeholder relationships with Sales, Client Management, Service Delivery, Change Delivery & Central Product Management team

- Assist the frontline (Service team / RMs) team on regulatory aspects pertaining to cross border payments to win business

- Thorough understanding of market dynamics and competition activity pertaining to the product assigned and incorporating the same into the strategy for cross border payments product.

- Effectively manage situations with stakeholders when problems arise to achieve consensus.

- Facilitate appropriate decision making to resolve issues and manage risk identified

- Responsible for pricing, negotiation and end-to-end closure of agreements on payment revenue generation with foreign banks and foreign financial institutions

Key skills and Knowledge Requirements:

- Experience in Product Management related role

- Strong understanding of cross border payment regulations in India and experience of the same in any earlier role would be an advantage.

- Networking & relationship management skills

- Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders. Operate effectively in a highly matrix environment with effective governance

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills

- Disciplined approach to deal execution / client follow up

- Attention to detail and strong ability in problem solving and risk management

- Innovative, coupled with the ability to deliver long-term strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the competition

- Self-motivated and self-driven

- Good interpersonal skills and team player

- Strong network in market
