Product Manager/Owner

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of customer and market research techniques

- Knowledge of and demonstrated expertise in enterprise software product management

- Demonstrated success in cross-organizational collaboration and project management for product release readiness

- Demonstrated success in relationship building to senior management (GM and above)

- Workforce management industry experience a plus

- Honed analytical skills and highly developed communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate market feedback into successful product initiatives

- Experience working on software requirements for the global market strongly desired

Qualifications:

- BS/ BTech degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent, Business Administration or related discipline or equivalent experience, Masters degree a plus and a minimum of 8 years related work experience

- Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills
