Product Manager - Online/Internet (6-10 yrs)
Job role & responsibilities:
- Define product road map with product requirements, launch plan and underlying strategies
- Conceptualize, innovate, develop,deploy& monitor product development
- Collaborate with various teams such as Technology, Design and Marketing for core product development. Also, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy and new product offerings.
- Responsible for user acquisition, engagement and retention
- Define success metrics and reporting needs to monitor post-launch performance
- Build and lead the team to deliver on the products and services
- Solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on project(s) in a complex, fast-moving environment.
- Analyze data to understand user behaviour and use the insights to continuously improve the product offering.
- Be the internal and external evangelist for the product
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- 6+ years of total work experience
- 2-3 years of relevant product management experience
- Experience in building and managing consumer facing and scalable systems
- Power user of internet & web 2.0 platforms.
- Should understand building of products in an internet (B2B/B2C) space
- Proven ability to have created and defined a product roadmap
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including technology, design, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.
- Experience in launching new concepts or start-ups is a plus
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude
- Strong consumer relationship and interaction skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills & Communication skills
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
