Product Manager - Online Insurance Firm

We are looking for a - Product Manager - for one of our esteemed Clients for Mumbai Location.

Ideal Candidate would have the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own the entire customer funnel - acquisition to sale.

Define various KPIs, track them regularly and analyze them over time in order to have a better view of where the business is going.

Responsible for user experience, engagement, retention and retargeting strategies for each product.

Develop a product strategy and road map for development.

Work closely with cross-functional team in executing the product's road map.

Identify and assess the feasibility of product opportunities.

Making sure the right product is delivered at the right time.

Represent the customers through the product development process.

Running tests for better user experience.

Running tests to increase conversion rates.

REQUIREMENT:

Minimum 3+Years Experience.

Strong analytical skills - ability to identify key metrics and constantly improve them.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.

Insurance knowledge is NOT a must.
