Job Description:  - The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.  The Product Manager is expected to:  - Understand and align to corporate digital strategy, translate business priorities into actionable, clearly communicated product requirements and efficient process for engineering delivery  - Ability to understand and manage web properties and or complex business applications.  - Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification  - Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities  - Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples  - Driving the overall product vision, strategy, and requirements that will fuel user growth and product evolutions.   - Build and manage the product roadmap.   - Tracking product success against plan and keeping the business unit management team informed and enlisting appropriate support from top management.   - Continuously deliver advances in the product by executing against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive offerings and how they Impact consumer choices and preferences, and how they should influence the product.   - Drive fast paced iterative product development, making calls on product features and functionality   - Building positive relationships and trust through strong cross-team interactions, on-time delivery, high quality product and perceptive thinking, and innovation, delivering quality products, and making appropriate trade-offs   - Define product success metrics and analyzing product performance by driving the product agenda with Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver!  - Have the ability to interact with and influence senior executives with strong product vision  - Be Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments  - Have the ability to design and navigate through conflicting priorities, product development processes across teams  Requirements:  - Technical background, with experience in SaaS, PaaS   - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority  - Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past  - Coding experience on open source platforms – PHP, MySQL, CSS, JQuery, HTML5  - Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to distill the key issues from complex problems  - Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority  - Excellent problem solving, analytical skills combined with a strong business & technical acumen.   - Ecommerce experience will be a plus
