Product Manager/Ninja - Online/Internet

I am looking for a Product ninja who has

1. Experience with building a consumer apps with deep understanding of technology (some hands-on coding experience in the past).

2. Experience with all aspects of a Product (cross platform products is a plus). Someone who has built or guided the product development from ground up.

3. A good understanding of latest technologies, such as Android, web apps, backend APIs and other web technologies.

4. Has done extensive product lifecycle management from strategic planning to tactical activities. Should be able to grow and ideate on the product from all lenses.

5. Established processes to improve quality and speed of product delivery such as comprehensive requirement gathering, proper documentation (PRD/SRS etc), impact analysis, usability testing (A/B Testing), test cases review etc.

6. Define key business and product metrics. Track the metrics and drive the entire plan of action to achieve results, and define long term goals.
