Product Manager - Mortgage Lending - NBFC (6-12 yrs)
NBFC, Mumbai.
Business - Mortgage lending to institutions, retail clients.
- 4 - 9 years experience in banks, NBFC in mortgage lending as product manager is required.
- MBA from Tier I Inst is mandatory.
Position: Product manager reports to Product head
Role:
- Develop new products, mortgage product line and enhance net income
- Evolve strategies, analyze market trends and competitive product performance.
- Responsible to enhance revenue and client reach. Support sales & BD, ensure risk and credit checks against collaterals.
- Ensure tie ups with real estate agents, builders, for product sales.
- Design customer value propositions.
- Adherence to risk and compliance guidelines for mortgage lending.
- Monitor product performance and profitability.
