It aims to be an online platform which links customers to registered/ certified professionals from areas like - Home services, Appliance repairs, Beauty & Health, Home Help, Event Management, Academics etc.  Role: Mobile Product Manager  Responsibilities:  - Gather detailed functional requirements and create product requirement (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs / schedules versus customer benefits  - Ensure PRDs, flow diagrams and wireframes are properly translated to live site and drive problem resolution once new features have gone live  - Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding about user behaviour and competition. Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, vendors, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action  - Champion customer satisfaction by working with customer support team, oversee customer grievance resolution and trouble shoot in case of escalations  Desired Skills and Experience:   - 5+ years of total work experience   - 2-3 years of relevant product management experience   - Product Management on Mobile products- IOS/ Android/ Windows  - Bachelors in Engineering / IT (preferably Computer Science). MBA preferred.  - A successful candidate will have strong passion for developers and experience in designing and executing on product strategies. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development and product management.
