Mobile Apps Product Manager (m-commerce / E-commerce)

Role Summary :

- The Product Manager will plan, develop and oversee implementation of new e-commerce products and features particularly in the Mobile/Desktop Commerce space that will drive revenue growth.

- He/ she will partner with a top-notch technology team and 3rd party vendors to create breakthrough new products that delight our customers, resulting in an unparalleled customer experience that drives conversion rates and grows revenue and profitability.

- Candidates must have the ability to plan and execute customer- centric products that have a measurable impact on the business.

Job Description :

- Manage existing products including mobile site and mobile apps, and develop new products based on strategic priorities, industry experience, customer feedback, and marketplace research/trends/analytic. Ensure products are delivered on schedule and with high quality results

- Manage new product development and feature road map from strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams that include Marketing, Technology, Customer Service and Finance

- Analyze product performance and customer feedback post-launch, and respond quickly to diagnose and correct any problems

- Independently generate new product ideas, research/ analyze them for feasibility and business impact, and lead implementation of those ideas into products

- Create A/B Tests to continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement

- Conduct external research and usability studies to understand how customers are interacting with the product and develop enhancements based on the results/ analysis

Individual applying to the role should ideally have the following skills/attributes :

- 4+ years of work experience post your graduation

- Post Graduates preferred. Graduates only from Tier 1 Institutes

- Experience in Internet related Product Management either with consumer-facing products or eCommerce sites. The right mix of experience in Marketing, Technology and/or Product Development could be appropriate as well.

- Should be capable of bringing an idea from concept to prototype including the ability to document functional requirements, creating wireframes, writing user stories.

- Passion and understanding of exemplary user experience in e-commerce/ m-commerce. Keeping up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and changes is a must.

- Experience in usability labs, or studying user interaction with products, and interpreting site analytics.
