Major Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the product dedicated issues; making promotional materials, information distribution, update them to Manage serious problems or complaints from customers and quality issues ineach business field as a representative
- Analyse the past trend and current market share, segmentation, for more effective product Promotion
- Hold the product Training for the agents sales team regularly
- Establish better relationship with the Key Opinion Leaders for the effective analysis of latest market, future plan for the product promotion
- Manage the workshop or local society of medical science, for the effective product promotion
- Analyse and update the competitorsí strategy for the better support of sales team
- Establish and revise / update the training scheme for the internal employees
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Logistics, Sales Administrative Departments
- Other Duties, if required by Managing Director
