Product Manager - Loyalty Management Solution - IT

Position: Product Manager - Loyalty Management Solution (Leading IT Company)

Role:

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Define product strategy and create detailed product requirements specifications

- Work with cross functional teams on the User Experience, Engineering and Business side to formalize and converge requirements with business goals

- Work with Product Management team to generate ideas, finalize scope and prioritize activities based on business requirements

- Work with the Product Management team to discuss with end customers on their requirements, seek feedback on the product and create roadmap of product with prioritized set of features

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Requirements:

- 12+ years of total experience of which at least 3+ years should be product management experience

- Having good understanding of the Loyalty Management domain will be an added advantage

- Very good technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development (especially web application development with mobile first approach)

- Good understanding of SMAC environment

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
