Product Management and Product Strategy – Senior Manager
Job Description
- Drive development of specific products within company’s portfolio.
- Assist in development and support of overall business plan for commercial success of all product solution offerings developed by Innovation labs
- Work closely with existing customers and prospects to identify and prioritize key business needs which drive requirements for I-lab products
- Develop and own product roadmap(s) (PRD & MRD) and deliverables for specific solutions aligning corporate short-term revenue objectives with long term blended "services & product" solutions vision
- Help develop success criteria for products team and disciplined approach to measure progress using quantifiable metrics (e.g. product releases, new revenue generated, etc)
- Develop and own go-to-market plan and launch of specific product solution offerings coordinating with internal teams
- Leverage "sell, design, build, launch" methodology to develop a robust pipeline of customers/prospects aligned with an aggressive product strategy and roadmap
- Develop and manage partnerships with ISVs (open source and/or commercial vendors) to accelerate deployment of specific solution offerings based on customer needs
- Coordinate and collaborate with onshore/offshore internal engineering, professional services and sales organization to drive success
Requirements
- Minimum 5-years experience working with either US or EMEA software/services companies. Proven track record of product management successes in the US/EMEA markets.
- Bachelor of Science in engineering, computer science, mathematics or physics required from top tier university; Masters preferred
- Experience working with Agile software engineering teams preferred
- Software development experience and Analytics experience a plus
- Experience with B2B and enterprise software products a plus.
