About our Client: The client is a global chemicals company dealing mainly with paints and coatings. The company has a presence in more than 90 countries around the world and is one of the fastest growing paint company.
Job Description: Be an expert on the category; including market pricing and competitive product quality and market analysis
- Prepare annual volume/value forecast, marketing plans and brand promotion plans.
- Monitor the Category portfolio sales and profitability development and address deviations.
- Drive the Category innovation strategy by identifying consumer insights and prepare Innovation concepts in cooperation with the R&D & Regional Innovation Manager.
- Launch new products at local level and work closely with Marketing Communications to ensure the promotional mix meets sales objectives.
- Launch regional innovation and work closely with regional category manager to implement regional innovation products in the Indian market.
- Drive and Manage the Category below the line and above the line communications in cooperation with the marketing communications manager.
The Successful Candidate:
- You must have a post graduate degree with 8+ years of experience in the Paints/Coatings industry.
- You will be required to drive the Interior Category performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes and deliver full plans implementation in all Regional operations, in cooperation with Regional & local Retail, Marketing Communications and Marketing Operations.
- Diversity candidate would be preferred.
