Product Manager - ICICI Lombard - IIM/XLRI/FMS (2-4 yrs)
Job Description
- Responsible for preparation of budget across product categories (annual business projection, profit estimates and periodical forecasts)
- Preparation & Analysis of Monthly Financial Performance reports, KPI of business team
- Produce, review and present monthly analysis of results (costs, headcount, opex) versus budget and forecasts and have ownership of the same
- Respond to any queries and requests from Finance / Compliance / Functional owners for reporting and analysis
- Generating quality commentaries that tell the story behind the numbers and advising the Business team on opportunities
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions
Skills/Experience Required
- Experience in Financial Analysis / Reporting / Planning / Equity research, etc ; preferably in Insurance Industry
- Good knowledge of MS - Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of macros will be an added advantage
Qualification
- MBA from Premier Institutes like IIM(A,B,C,L, I, K), FMS(D), XLRI, JBIMS, SP Jain, ISB, NMIMS, IIFT, MDI, XIMB, SIBM, GIM, SIMS, SCMHRD, TAPMI
Experience- 2-4 years
