The career opportunity is with a leading wine & spirits company in the capacity of Product / Group Product Manager.  Product Manager - 2 positions  Group Product Manager - 1 position  Location: Corporate Office, Bengaluru  Job purpose:   To take care of all aspects of the brand performance, plan and organise the implementation of brand strategy to ensure the development of the brand  Key responsibilities :   - Implementation of Brand Plans  - Monitoring the performance of the brand in the market place:  - To constantly monitor the performance of brands in the market by monitoring market share, competition activity, through active interaction with Regional/Branch Sales team  - To obtain first hand feel of the brand performance in all focus markets through trade visits and interaction with trade and consumers  - Initiate consumer research wherever necessary to obtain consumer insights as an input to brand strategy.  - Brand equity building : Develop the communication strategy for brands when necessary, develop agency briefs and co-ordinate with agency on developing communication for various brands.  - Initiate pack change when necessary, writing the creative brief, co-ordinating with design agency, ensure label pre-test, manufacture liaison and label roll out.   - To constantly evolve ways to increase market share for each brand - assess the performance of such activity  Qualifications:   MBA in Marketing from a premier B school.  Experience required:   2.5 yrs experience for Product Manager  5 years of experience for Group Product Manager including at least 3 years in Product Management.
