- Identifying market requirements & maintaining full ownership of taking product through various lifecycles of product management including feasibility, development, integration, testing & delivery.
- Framing strategies for establishing greater awareness about the products.
- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements; utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for positioning the products.
- Implementing pre/post launch sales promotional activities for brand building & market development.
New Product Development
- Coordinating with R&D Department for the development of new products for the Indian Consumers.
- Reviewing and analysing the competitive products to pick the benchmark.
- Conceptualising and suggesting innovative ideas on product development.
- Managing various activities like Formulation, Pricing, Packaging, Forecast, Launch, Analysis, etc.
- Organizing in-house research and market research along with stability test & efficacy test in coordination with the Operations Department.
- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members.
