Product Manager - Financial Service Industry

Responsibilities

Ideally, if you believe technology is at the heart of solving large problems, obsess over customer experience and who can create a long term product vision in line with the business goals, we would love to work with you.

You would be managing multiple stakeholders and lead cross functional teams in delivering quality products and make appropriate trade-offs between customer experience, features to achieve growth.

You would define the product roadmap, maintaining deep understanding of policy landscape and competitive offerings and how they impact customer's choices and preferences, and how they should influence the product.

And finally, you should obsess over data to define the product's success and guide future roadmap.

Qualifications

3-6 years of product management experience in a leading technology company with exposure to both B2B and consumer products.

Experience building and mentoring product and engineering teams.

Passion for internet or web-based technology products and services.

Ability to drive the execution of the product after defining a robust and visionary roadmap.

Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen.

An Engineering degree followed by an MBA from one of the top institutes.

A startup experience will be a big plus.
