Job Role : Product Manager (Sr Manager)

Education – MBA Tier 1 - 2003, 2004 or 2005 batch

Job Description :

1. Product design, pricing, getting the appropriate product-channel combination to sell the right plan and managing the feedback loop with customer and channels.

2. Underwriting and Portfolio Management

3. Tracking customer needs, behavior and competition trends

4. Managing audits and co-ordination with compliance, legal, actuarial functions

Experience – 7-8 years post MBA
