Job Title - Product Manager Face Wash

Location - Mumbai

Overall Obligation:

The Product Manager is responsible for delivering sales and profitability of his/her brand group.

He/she is responsible for Assortment strategy, new product launches, promotion strategy, and ATL+ BTL communication strategy for face wash. While managing face washes the role will be responsible to develop Face care portfolio.

This role will need to work with regional category manager and work with advertising agency/other marketing vendors to create impactful marketing programs/ communication for India in lieu of global brand guidelines.

Successful performance requires

- Attitude to take end-to-end ownership of portfolio

- Expertise in category management

- Challenger mindset + Ability to garner sales support for ambitious plan

- Agency + Vendor management skills

- Ability to network and influence internal stakeholders

Detailed Responsibilities (non-conclusive):

- Be the 'Face' specialist .Devise and evolve a sustainable portfolio strategy aimed at establishing Nivea as a challenger brand in Face wash. Plan and build India product portfolio in face wash

- Identify opportunities for the organization to enter in Face care. Create business cases to justify the initiative . Plan and execute - Test' market plans to enable scale-up

Required Qualification:

- Education: MBA in marketing from Tier 1 college batch 2009-2012

- 1+ year in FMCG sales and 2 years+ FMCG brand management, Skin care / Face wash only.

Organization:

- The Product Manager reports to Marketing Director .

- Role will have a - Brand Executive- reporting into the role

Specifically looking at candidates who have handled Female Face Wash/ Skin Care portfolio.
