Product Manager - eLearning Platform (5-7 yrs)

Our client is a digital learning platform designed to empower working professionals to develop Competencies to accelerate their career progression. Their programs are offered in partnership with one of India's leading business schools.The programs are designed with inputs from both the word class faculty and highly experienced industry experts to ensure high quality and practically relevant learning outcomes to learners across India and abroad. Few of Programs offered has been ranked among the top 3 in India by leading analytics magazines, Analytics India and Analytics Vidhya.

The Founding team comprises of passionate individuals having an excellent blend of entrepreneurial and academic experience and has been part of multiple successful startups in the US and India and have built businesses from concept to exit through acquisitions, besides having been educated at top global institutions like Stanford, Berkeley, MIT, IIT Mumbai, Duke and MDI. They are currently focused on the India market but will soon expand its scope to international markets.

Our goal is to enable substantial, tangible and impactful learning outcomes to a large User base of working professionals across the globe. Having delivered 60,000+ learning hours, the marketing team focuses on expanding the reach, building the brand and engaging with students and alumni.

As a Product Manager, you would need to

- Take ownership of product roadmap

- Identify product improvements to improve the learning experience

- Instrument and track how participants interact with the website, mobile app and learning management system

- Measure student engagement with various elements of the learning process and suggest improvements

- Perform data analysis and make sound business and product related decisions

- Maintain product requirements document, prioritize tasks and monitor implementation

- Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure that product objectives are met

- Perform market research, monitor competitive landscape and incorporate new developments in mobile, analytics and internet into product

Ideal Candidate:

- 5 or more years of work experience with at least 3 years in product management at a consumer facing web or mobile product

- Ability to work with data and make data driven decisions

- Expertise in web analytics tools such as google analytics, kissmetrics

- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

- Passion for learning and having great learning outcomes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering; MBA / Masters is a plus
