To lead the product Management from scratch under the CTO, layout enhancement for the entire set of Internet/ Mobile products. The individual will define the product vision, strategy and execution so as to increase market share, grow transactions and enhance consumer life time value.  2. Responsible for designing front-end frameworks for web/ mobile/ web based application user interfaces.  3. Understand & update Competitive landscape, Customer satisfaction, Customer segments, Industry reports and trends.  4. Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.  5. Strong quantitative analysis skills to lend insight to highly ambiguous and sensitive business problems.  6.
