Key Responsibilities Are As Follows

- Define product road map and underlying strategies for Mobile App & Website

- Conceptualize, innovate, prioritize and deliver great solutions for our customers and professionals.

- Responsible for user engagement, flow from acquisition to transaction and subsequent retention, Wear many hats and be key organizational glue

- Envision technology driven solutions to business problems and check feasibility

- Drive large-scale development projects, working cross-functionally with other various stake holders and external partners to guarantee a smooth and efficient product delivery

- Define and establish the product vision, goals, supporting business metrics, and success indicators across Mobile/Web properties

- Create wire frames for product development to introduce new features or enhance the existing ones

- Guide & mentor development team to achieve project success as per business plan

- Testing of product features and UI/UX

- Strong Product Management experience in Consumer Internet / e-commerce / Mobile space Product Engineering background

- Self-starter and motivated to take on additional responsibilities and opportunities in a dynamic startup environment, Prior Start up experience will be an added advantage

- Proven leadership and management skills. Ability to plan, organize, negotiate, and establish priorities to achieve results.

- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects, Strong analytical and problem solving skills with strong communication skills

- Ability to influence stakeholders who may often have conflicting objectives

- Entrepreneurial and result-oriented mindset with strong sense of urgency and ownership

Work experience: 1+ years onwards

Location: Mumbai

Education: Only from tier 1 colleges

Skill :- Candidate should have good Communication Skills and interpersonal skills
