We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to help take our consumer experience to the next level.

You will be an early member of the core product management team and report to the Chief Product Officer.

- As a Product Manager you have to own & lead strategy, conception, design & delivery of company's web and mobile product roadmap.

- The position calls for a person who is able to take logical, data-driven decisions on product features that are high on conversion & long term engagement, is able to grasp/analyze complex data & visualize representation of the data in a simplified, clutter-free manner.

- Apart of owning the conversion of the product, product manager will be expected to combine best in industry product functionality with super design to deliver an outstanding user experience.

- The position requires a person who can create wireframes, define exact style guides & is able to dive into the details to solve conversion, design & user experience related problems

What is the role :

- Lead development of the feature roadmap through conducting best practice research, survey data, A/B tests & analyzing the competitive environment and understanding key product metrics.

- Exhibit sound product judgment and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving business goals.

- Clearly communicate product ideas and benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.

- Drive new feature development from start to finish - write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design & QA team to launch features, analyze results and iterate on feature/product via learning

- Mentor and develop other members of the Product team
