Product Manager - eCommerce

Hiring for an International eCommerce retailer for it's Fulfillment Centre in Bangalore.

Role Summary:

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining processes and features to help drive fulfillment centre expansion in India.

Preferences:

- Should have technical background with consulting experience

- Proven track record of leading large cross-functional software projects.

- Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with operations and internal software development teams to design, build, and maintain processes and features to help drive fulfillment centre expansion in India.

- Own and manage the Fulfillment centre feature roadmap for adoption with the software development teams using Agile Software Development to deliver customer valued features monthly.

-Clarify and drive short-term project priorities and commitments, as well as establish and maintain clear chains of project management and accountability.

- Interact with Project Sponsors, Technical Program Managers and multiple Development Teams to define and deliver complex features.

-Technology Management: Work with large software development teams to provide monthly product feature backlog as part of Agile Software Development.

-Provide documentation on platform functionality, service behaviour, and product roadmaps. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

-Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
