Product Manager- Digital Payments (Enterprise)

- As Product Manager- Digital Payments (Enterprise), you will be responsible to define the roadmap for payment solution for Banking & Enterprise Payment solution & accordingly achieve rollout of new product pipeline in defined time & budgeted resources & the monetization for such new products.

- You will work with Corporate Sales Channel & Marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

- Product Manager will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.

- You must also enjoy spending time in the market to understand end User problems and work with Technology teams & Partners to work out innovative new solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Specifying the MRD (Market Requirement Document) for future products

- Identify Change Requirements from identified Product / Process/ Compliance improvements & work with Development team for product delivery

- Defining the UX & UI Experience on Web / Mobile/ Tablet for all End Users i.e. Customers & Merchants

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan (Including Monetization Strategy for Products) & working with all departments to execute.

- Develop the Marketing Collaterals for the Product (PPT / Brochures/ Case Studies / Demos etc)

- Maintaining process & Quality control to ensure legal requirements and brand standards are met, and the defined user experience is correct

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Post Graduate in Management with 5-7 years of Experience in product Product management with responsibility for delivering budgeted revenue for product line

- Candidates with Product Management experience in Retail / Telecom/ BFSI.

- Exposure to Enterprise Mobility & Digital payment Solutions domain with understanding of Banking / Enterprise segment & Market Adoption Trends in India & Other Geographies would be a plus

- Exposure to Delivering Payments / Enterprise Solutions on mobile apps / Responsive UI etc.

- Team Player with Ability to Work with Cross Functional Teams
