Product Manager - Colorbar Cosmetics (3-10 yrs)
Product Manager | Colorbar Cosmetics | New Delhi
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing consumer trends & information and categories to help identify Product categories to enter as future source of growth.
- Performing customer and market centric researches before launch of a new product.
- Designing & Coordinating for marketing activities for new product launch.
- Assisting in short listing of potential concepts in terms of new products or SKUs, post research and handling the product development activities such as packaging, printing, promotional strategy & Sales targeting in coordinating with SCM Sales & Marketing/Communication.
- Forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy and distribution planning (in coordination with sales & marketing) .
- Assisting in identification of areas for Product development through market research.
- Coordination of events, promotions & Branding.
- Regular Market Visits to understand Product Placements, do competition mapping & filling plug in wherever required.
- Track the new product launch performance market.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Female candidate
- Post Graduation / MBA - Marketing with 4+ years of experience in Product / Brand Management in Cosmetics / Personal Care / Skin Care / Beauty Products / FMCG.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong product Knowledge.
- Relevant exposure/experience in handling new product development & launch.
- Strong vendor management.
Grade - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
CTC - 6.0 to 9.0 LPA
