Hiring for one of the leading MNC Bank for Mumbai location

CTC: Upto 12 L

Location: Mumbai

Designation: Product Manager-Cards

JOB PURPOSE

To be responsible for managing the spends and usage of cards portfolio by developing new campaigns and spends promotions, specifically

- Portfolio Spend Programs

- Partner promotions

- EMI at POS ( Point of Sale)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- New Partnerships Conceptualize, propose, develop and tie up with new partners through aggregates and directly for larger brands. Co-ordinate with various divisions to ensure all aspects of the partnership including systems, processes and procedures, commercials, promo construct, marketing plans and legal approvals are in place.

- Partner Management: Continuously engage with the partners to manage relationship and plan tactical promotions periodically.

- Financial: Negotiate commercials and monitor the performance of the promotion

- New Campaign Development: Conceptualize, propose, develop and launch new EMI & spends campaigns. Drive these projects for timely execution. Co-ordinate with various divisions to ensure all aspects of the campaign including systems, processes and procedures, audit compliance and legal approvals are in place.

- Spends Management: Monitor credit cards spend movements from various tie-ups and keep evaluating for adding / terminating partnership based on market requirement and competition

- In-store marketing - Ensure adequate product visibility through media planning, both ATL & BTL. Enhance product value through campaigns and promotions. Conceptualize, propose and manage the execution of short term campaigns and promotions to increase customer base, business numbers and add to the product value proposition.

- Service Management Interface closely with the local frontline unit, and partner support units to ensure effective handling and resolution of customer issues pertaining to portfolio offerings.

Key Performance Indicators

- Volume growth from merchants / brands

- New merchants / brands on-boarded

- Overall revenue contribution from the region
