Define Roadmap & manage P&L.   - Develop new products/features and seek to refine existing features by conducting user research, analyzing usage patterns etc.   - Manage the product development process from conception through design, development, release, analysis and iteration.   - Execute user interface designs from product requirements and UI specification.   - Translate customer needs into product features, prioritizing product direction based on data analysis   - Work closely with the Development & design teams on Agile framework   - Identifying indices, tracking & measuring product success.   - Working closely with design, engineering, data science, marketing and sales teams and seek their input on key product decisions.   - Drive strategic Partnerships & API integrations   - Contributing to the overall product roadmap across all platforms keeping in mind the short-term and long-term interests of the company.   Requirement:-   - A graduate with 3 plus of relevant experience in Product Management   - Need to be analytical with a digital bent of mind   - Good technical understanding and experience of working closely with the technology team
