Major Activities:

- Deliver product profitability and acquisition goals for the year

- Conceptualize, create and launch Current Account Solutions integrating payments, remittances, account reporting.

- Segment product offering for different customer across different target segments and life stage.

- Design and implement constant customer engagement aimed at increasing customer share of wallet with ING

- Analytic driven portfolio actions aimed at customer on-boarding, deepening & retention, as a result growing Savings Balance Sheet and number of loyal customers.

- Train and motivate the sales force, 551+ branches across India to market the Savings Account solution

- Keep abreast with the developments in retail banking and other service industries, try to leverage their learning’s to ensure ING Savings Solution is best in class.

- Keen interest to understand consumer behaviour, trend in small business segments and develop new ideas in Retail Banking.

- Consumer Research

- Ensure compliance to Local & ING international rules.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:

- MBA / PG from a premium B school with 3-10 years of experience into product management

- Strong inter-personal and leadership skills

- Strong Process Orientation

- Analytical Aptitude
