- Formulating the Product policy & Managing the control parameters of Pre-Owned Cars Business to a low risk and optimum return model
- Competition tracking & Trend mapping on a lead & lag indicator basis to derive maximum benefits.
- Manufacturer Interface for schemes to meet local market requirements
- Utilize Wholesale Banking / Inventory Funding as a strategy to derive maximum retail business- Product Management for Dealer / Channel Funding Portfolio
- Understanding Dealer Channel balance sheets for maintaining a healthy Inventory funding portfolio and close monitoring of Sales and Inventory levels at dealerships
- Utilization of Marketing, Communication and Promotional Budgets for maximizing the brand recall from Point of Sale and Online channel
- Build a Profitable book through Optimum Fee and Fund based approach.
