Product Manager - Alternative Banking  - We are looking for a person who can play the role of a Product Manager for products in Financial Domain, particularly Lending, and more specifically in Alternative Banking.   - The person must have research oriented mind, and should be able to figure out how the product to be developed would shape up in future. Strong in pre-sales and excellent in communication, the person must be very detailed oriented too, and should be able to envision product needs with a very high degree of clarity and depth of detail.   - The knowledge of technology from a strategic point is very essential, since the person will be interacting with the customers as well as engineers closely and would be required to give commitments from feasibility aspects.   - The job requires accommodating working during customer's time zone by providing some overlap. Travel at a short notice, for short term as well as long term to customer location for detailing out the specifications and pre-sales might become necessary whenever required.   Role :   - The role will be of Product Manager, and you will be reporting to Executive Management  - Candidate must have Minimum 3 years experience in Alternate Banking  - Must have worked with US clients ( Preference) or Canada clients  - Worked extensively as a Business Analyst for at least 8 years (Techno-Functional role)  - Technology driven i.e must be able to understand the Query, Ability to read the XML file, aware of complete SDLC   - Research specialist : Do the R&D and find the best way to make the product competitive in the market regularly   Required Skills :   - You must be a thought leader, having good work experience in financial domain, such that you could connect the dots end to end in a seamless way and with a clear visibility of end product in mind.   - You must work very well with the peer-group of Project Managers and Architects   - Must be able to provide inputs on the team members for their effective appraisal, and do the appraisal of people reporting to you   - You must display ability to foresee risks in the projects and escalate to the management in case you need help.   - Exceptionally good communication skills that enable you to reach inside the mind and heart of a customer.   - Experience of ISO or CMMi process frameworks   Educational Qualifications, Certifications & Experience :   - You should be a graduate in IT or Computer Science from top institute.  - Post-graduation qualification with specialization in finance.   - Ideal Experience Range - You should be working in similar capacity in IT industry for about 15 years, and must have experience working in finance domain as mentioned in job description. Experience in Mortgage industry will also be helpful
