Product Management Lead - Digital Platform - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

We are currently retained by a new age company that is into providing a digital platform for eCommerce for an upcoming industry. The vision and what the company wants to achieve are world class.

Role: Product Management Lead (Various levels from Mid to Senior Level)

Location Delhi

As the Product Management Lead, you will lead a team of Product Managers to build a new line of offerings as well as improvise the existing offerings. You must have the ability to identify gaps in current product, launch the right set of features and you would also need to look beyond the obvious and come up with path breaking products which would be helpful for the user. You must have worked in new edge product launch in Mobile space.

To fit the bill, you must be a MBA from a Top B -school with minimum 6 years of relevant product management experience. Ideally you should have launched a product in the market and preferably a new age product. Please note the client will only prefer stable candidates for this role.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a small team of product managers to successfully meet the product goals

- -You would need to develop a deep understanding of end users and clients and work with the product manages in Mobile applications

- You must have good understanding in identifying gaps in current product, and launch the right set of features

- You would need to Conceptualize products which could be new revenue streams, channels and conceptualize and launch offerings for niche target segments.

- You would work towards delivering new products, functionalities and features to meet product metrics and goals along with being the nodal point for functions such as sales, operations, marketing, and product development.

- You would be responsible for evangelizing the product with consumers both internal and external and taken ownership for end to end success of the product.

- Strong ideation and conceptualization skills

- People and project management skills

- Highly analytical & detail oriented approach and expert excel knowledge

- Excellent communication/presentation skills

- Experience on mobile space would be an added plus

- Sound understanding of technology and engineering would be an added advantage.
