Capital First has a comprehensive product suite to meet multiple financial needs of customers including Consumer Lending, Corporate Lending.   Job Title:- Product Head  Unit - Unsecured Business Loan  Location - Mumbai  Requirement - 1  Grade - AVP  Job Description & KRAs  - Head of unsecured loans product responsible for overall business at national level.  - Launch new product offerings basis current market requirement and business opportunity  - Manage the design, features and benefits of products, carry out pricing analysis, determine and support distribution channels, design, develop and implement promotional plans for the products  - Create Business Strategy and regular tracking of key product parameters for business expansion.  - Managing marketing functions like product planning, product positioning, media planning, promotional material planning, Online marketing etc., for business development  - Take a lead role in developing of Business loans and Personal Loans  - To implement operations, technology, and product solutions  - Take ownership for defining and developing all product features and functions, e.g., creating pricing models and customer acquisition plans.  - Provide support in negotiating strategic partnerships & business development opportunities , e.g., alternative data sources and customer acquisition points  - Ensure adherence to lending policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance  - Institutes policies/procedures and coordinate changes in processes with all other functional areas to ensure lending functions are performed in an efficient, timely and member friendly manner  - Conduct detailed market analysis reviews  - Contribute to overall corporate strategy and leverage subject matter expertise to guide product strategy  - Work cross-functionally to identify synergies, differentiators, and challenges of core strengths, marketplace status quo and best-in-class  - Prepare forecasts on volume of sales, cost and profit margins.   - Maintain comprehensive competitive information on market penetration, product capabilities, trends and developments and make appropriate recommendations  Candidates only from BFS domain can apply preferably from NBFC   Pushpita Ghosh  Laksh Hr
