Product Head - Online Product Management @ Noida, India  Our client is a leading media group and they need to fill the following position asap.  Position : Product Head - Online Product Management  Education : MBA (Tier 1 preferred/ Tier 2 also OK)  Experience : 7 - 11 Years (only B2C online/ digital/ consumer internet experience will fit in)  Location : Noida  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Single-point responsibility for bringing products to market and deliver results.   - Identify customer segments and market opportunities, formulate product strategies and long-term roadmaps, analyze detailed requirements and be deeply involved in design and development process.   - Manage multiple products through the entire lifecycle. Ship quality products and launch them to market involving rollout plans, training, core messaging and pricing. Have a passion for developing and marketing leading edge internet products.  - You will need to have a good technology understanding with large-scale software infrastructures.   - Have detailed knowledge of web-based monetization models. Solid understanding of software product lifecycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives for enterprise software or web-based products.   - Strong background or familiarity with internet advertising or content networks, search technologies or related areas.   - Hands-on experience with direct customer interfacing for requirements analysis, competitive research, developing multi-phase feature roadmaps, granular feature prioritization, detailed feature design and documentation of product/functional requirement specifications.   - Track record of developing elegant and simple feature functionalities delivered through world-class user experiences.  - Successful collaboration with top-tier engineering and product organizations, proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, business management and customer care.  - Ability to design and navigate through conflicting priorities, product development processes across teams dispersed across time zones, cultures and organizations in a fast-changing environment.   - Person must have experience in Coding.   - Someone who has started his/her career in development then moved in Product role will be an ideal fit for this position.  - Should have exp in Online product Management.   - A B.E./B.Tech/BS is required. MBA from a leading institution strongly preferred.   - Minimum 7-11 years experience in the technology industry, preferably in product management or marketing, with a consistent strong track record of increasing responsibilities and successes.   - Software development experience is a plus.   - Ability to interacting with and influence team with strong product vision.   - Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow-through on commitments.  - Demonstrates integrity, maturity, and set an example of constructive and positive leadership for the team.   We are looking for stellar candidates with high degree of initiative.  If you fit in, please forward your CV in Word format alongwith current & expected CTC, notice period.
