Designation: Director / Head of Product

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12 – 20 Years

Purpose of the Role :

Director/Head of Product Management will act as the Business Owner of our Client Java Developer Product. It is a High Impact role because java will play a very significant role in realizing our client’s intent to create a vibrant ecosystem around and to reach the next billion consumers. This position reports to Head Planning & Portfolio Management.

Main Responsibility :

- Be the business owner of java Developer offering and drive key decisions with stake holders

- Product Management to ensure that the java offerings stacks up to competitor offerings in the target market

- Manage teams like product Management, Engineering and consultancy & concepting. You will have both people and output responsibility

- Work closely with go to market team to enable timely adoption and launch

- Work closely with R & D teams

Experience Looking for :

- Around 10 Years of experience in Mobile phones

- Techno-Business outlook

- Product & Program Management

- Excellent People and business leadership and communication skills

- Ability to network and influence others successfully in a international setup

- High Energy, desire to win and motivation to contribute to a winning ecosystem

- Strive for innovation

- Experience of Working in/with pp developers or game houses will be a positive. Similarly, experience of managing a developer offering will be appositive.
