Job Title/Designation : Product Head, Liabilities

Department : Product and Marketing

Job Location : Bangalore

Scale : Middle Management ( Will need to be chnaged once we have defined Job Bands)

Area of operation : Pan India

Purpose of the Role : Drive Liabilities and 3rd party products

Position in the Organization :

Direct Reporting To : Head - Products

Key Working Relationships :

- Internal Purpose of the Interaction Frequency

- Corporate Head - Product and Marketing Overall review of the progress of business and activities Weekly

- Zonal Heads and All India Head, Product Sales Support and issues Weekly

- Risk, Audit Product approvals Regular

- Finance,Ops and IT Build processes and technology changes Regular

- Jana Urban Foundation team To take inputs on customer insights As required for prod development

- Field staff and Training Dept Manage numbers and coaching Regular

- External Purpose of the Interaction Frequency

- Industry Bodies Brand building, Business Intelligence & Personal Development Quarterly

- Product Providers like Insurance cos etc For tie ups Regular

- Partner Banks For sourcing products and for building processes Regular

- Customers CRM, Customer insights, providing strategic inputs to Zone and Corporate, gaining customer insights Quarterly

- Ensuring new products are compliant Routine

- L&OD Talent Development Ensuring that all staff are well trained and fully aware of products and services, policies and procedures Routine Coaching, Talent Orientation

- Ability to drive sales in the field with branch managers, regional managers and zonal managers to achieve results Critical Leadership skills

Educational Qualifications : Graduate / Post Graduate Prerequisite

Prior Experience : Senior person. 10 - 12 years experience Prerequisite

Domain Knowledge :

- High degree of understanding of Pension/Insurance/Liability market Prerequisite

- Language Skills English spoken and written at a high level of proficiency Prerequisite

- IT Skills Good understanding of banking and payment systems. Good knowledge of CRM systems Prerequisite
