- Corporate Head - Product and Marketing Overall review of the progress of business and activities Weekly
- Zonal Heads and All India Head, Product Sales Support and issues Weekly
- Risk, Audit Product approvals Regular
- Finance,Ops and IT Build processes and technology changes Regular
- Jana Urban Foundation team To take inputs on customer insights As required for prod development
- Field staff and Training Dept Manage numbers and coaching Regular

- Industry Bodies Brand building, Business Intelligence & Personal Development Quarterly
